Password Reset/Reissue
If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue and reset your password.
Password reset
If you have registered your contact email address with Asahi Net, you can reset your password.
Make a password reset request via the following page.
- *Your corresponding ID is required.
- Precautions

- The same Asahi Net password is used for: mailer setup, My Page login, connecting to the internet (PPPoE). After changing your password, please change the password for your router/modem and mailer too.
- Your password will be updated once your change request is processed and the old password will become invalid.
Password reissue
If you have not registered your contact email address with Asahi Net, your password will be reissued by Asahi Net and sent to your registered address by postal mail.*
- *1If the ID is a mail ID, Asahi Net will send your new password to your Asahi Net email address (i.e., xxxx@asahi-net.or.jp or xxxx@asahinet.jp).
- Precautions

- Password reissue is processed only on weekdays. It will take a few business days until you receive your new password.
- Your password will be updated once your change request is processed and the old password will become invalid.
- The same Asahi Net password is used for: mailer setup, My Page login, connecting to the internet (PPPoE). Please note that for this reason, there is a period when you cannot use the service until you receive your new password.
- When you receive your new password, please change the password for your router/modem and mailer too.
