Need to change to a different Course
If you move outside the service area of the Broadband service that you are presently using, this page will show you how you can change your Course to another Broadband service that is offered in your new destination.

STEP 1. Request cancellation of your FTTH with FLET'S Course
Please request cancellation of your FTTH with FLET'S Course. This will be done via a paper form, as there is not an online option for this.

STEP 2. Change your registered address at ASAHI Net
- Individual Users
Click the Change Registered Information link below and then select Address/Phone.
- Business Users
Click the Change Registered Information link below and then select Change Account Details.

STEP 3. Change to your new Course and Plan
You can change your Course and Plan by applying for the new service via our Change page.

STEP 1. Contact NTT to cancel your present FLET'S service.
Please call NTT to cancel the FLET'S service at your present location if you are moving to a place where you will not continue using that FLET'S service.
