Moving Procedure For the FTTH with FLET'S Course
Even if you move home, it is possible to continue to use FTTH with FLET'S.
Important Notes
- If you are presently using Hikari TV for ASAHI Net, click the link below.
- If you are using a fixed IP address and you move to a different location in
the same FLET'S area and get a different type of NTT Fiber optic line, the fixed IP address
will change.
- If you have been using IP-Phone-C or IP-Phone-F with your FTTH with FLET'S
service, and you will continue to use FTTH with FLET'S at your new home, you will still be able
to continue the IP-Phone service.
- If you are using NTT's Hikari Denwa service, please contact NTT.

- Individual Users
Click the Change Registered Information link below and then select
Address/Phone.
- Business Users
Click the Change Registered Information link below and then select
Change Account Details.

Print out the FTTH with FLET'S move application form, complete it and then fax or post it to
ASAHI Net.
