Connection Options / IP-Phone Services

When you no longer need an option, such as the Fixed IP Address option, etc., please cancel the option to avoid being charged for it.

Connection Options

Fixed IP Address Option Apply for / cancel the Fixed IP Address option. To apply, you must be connected to the appropriate FLET'S connection service for the Fixed IP Address option you want.

ASAHI Net Wi-Fi Wi2 Apply for / cancel the ASAHI Net Wi-Fi Wi2. You can also confirm the Network key, Wi2 Login ID and Wi2 Login password here.

AIR EDGE Option Apply for /cancel the AIR EDGE option.

Green Option Apply for /cancel the Green option.

Food Assistance Donation Scheme Apply for /cancel the Food Assistance Donation Scheme option.

IP-Phone Services

Applying for IP-Phone services and confirming IP-Phone service information can only be done from an ASAHI Net Internet connection line (ASAHI Net IP address).

IP-Phone-C Service Apply for the IP-Phone-C service. Those users of the IP-Phone-C service who want to use it to call overseas will be able to apply to do so from 10th December 2010.

IP-Phone-C Service Cancel the IP-Phone-C service.

Confirm IP-Phone-C Information It is only possible to confirm after receipt of the IP-Phone-C service confirmation e-mail.

IP-Phone-F Service Apply for /cancel the IP-Phone-F service.

Re-issue of the IP-Phone-F automatic setting URL If you try to use the automatic settings after 30 days from applying for IP-Phone-F service, the automatic settings will not work and you will need to request the re-issue of the URL.
