Change Course/Apply For NTT And Other Services

Changes to your ASAHI Net Course and Plan can be made via this page. Depending on the Course you change to you may or may not be able to connect straight away to the connection service you have applied for. For example, with some ADSL services you need to have the ADSL service opened by the ADSL company before you can connect to it. In this case, please use your current method of Internet connection or dial-up until the connection service you have applied for becomes available, and please note that up to and including the month of first connection to that connection service you will be charged based on the Course/Plan you are currently using - the charge for the new Course/Plan only takes effect from the month following the month of first connection to that connection service.

FTTH Connection

FTTH with FLET'S Course Change to our FTTH with FLET'S Course and at the same time make an application for an NTT FTTH service. We will pass your application to NTT.

B FLET'S /FLET'S Hikari Premium /FLET'S Hikari Next Course Apply for/cancel the B FLET'S/FLET'S Hikari Premium/FLET'S Hikari Next Course. This is not an application for NTT's service. Only apply for this Course if NTT are already scheduled to open their B FLET'S, FLET'S Hikari Premium or FLET'S Hikari Next service.

NTT's B FLET'S Basic/Business Service Apply for NTT's B FLET'S Basic or Business service. We will pass your application to NTT. After the application, please change your ASAHI Net Course to the matching B FLET'S Course.

Hikari T-Series Home Course Cancel the Hikari T-Series Home service. As of 30th September 2011, the Hikari T-Series services have been closed.

Hikari T-Series Mansion Course Cancel the Hikari T-Series Mansion service. As of 30th September 2011, the Hikari T-Series services have been closed.

au Hikari Giga Type Service - apply Apply for the au Hikari Giga Value Type / Giga Type. PDF is in English, Web is in Japanese. Those who change to the Giga Value Type Course from the au Hikari Home Course before 25th will have the Course change take effect in the month the application is made.
