The FTTH with FLET'S Home Courses (East and West) are for those living in detached houses or the lower floors of a housing complex. A fiber-optic cable is pulled into the home from the nearest telephone pole and NTT's "Family" type service is provided on it. The FTTH with FLET'S Mansion Courses (East and West) are for those living in housing complexes into which NTT have already installed their "Mansion" type service.
