An ASAHI Net User ID is issued between 3 and 7 days
from your signup.
* We don't issue User IDs from our Web page.
* You can use your ASAHI Net User ID to make dial-up connections while you wait for your
NTT FTTH application to be processed. |

| Phone call from NTT East/NTT West |  |

You will receive a phone call from NTT in English (it
may be in Japanese if NTT do not have English speaking staff available). NTT will confirm your application and, if NTT are able to provide you with their service, they will tell you when they will visit your home to install it.
* There are cases of NTT not being able to offer their service. |
