Automatic Configuration Service
The FTTH with FLET'S Automatic Configuration Service is available to those FTTH with FLET'S
Home and Mansion Course users in the NTT East area who want their Internet connection
configuration and other settings made automatically through the Internet.

By installing software into your computer from the CD supplied by NTT East and then entering your
unique Customer ID you will be able to have your computer and/or router Internet connection
settings made automatically through the Internet. Furthermore, as there is no need to enter your
ASAHI Net User Name and password, this initial Internet connection configuration can be
relatively straightforward.
*1 It is only available to those whose computer has a Japanese-language operating system. There is no English-language documentation or software provided by NTT for this service.

Door-to-door Service
Those who don't find the Automatic Configuration service meets their needs may apply for the
Door-to-door service and have an NTT support technician visit their home. The service is only
available in the NTT East area.

telephone and through the Internet for configuration and use of user's computers and peripheral
equipment.
