About The Two Year Discount Plan
NTT East's Two Year Discount plan offers a monthly 735 yen discount on FLET'S fiber-optic monthly charges, in effect a 17,640 yen saving over two years. The discount is possible by applying to NTT East for their Two Year Discount ("ninenwari") plan.
It is only possible to apply for the Two Year Discount Plan is using a Family type NTT FLET'S line - it is not possible to apply if using a Mansion type NTT FLET'S line.

Important Points
- It is only possible to apply for the Two Year Discount Plan is using a Family type NTT FLET'S line - it is not possible to apply if using a Mansion type NTT FLET'S line.
- The first month of the Two Year Discount plan's 24 month contract is the month in which the opening date (first day it is used) occurs, and it continues until 24 months have been completed.
- The opening date of the Two Year Discount plan is the first day of the month following the month in which the application is made (or if the customer is using a new FLET'S fiber-optic service, the first day it is used).
- The contract renewal month is the month following the completion of the Two Year Discount plan's 24 months. Unless there has been a request during that period to change from the Two Year Discount plan to the standard billing scheme for the FLET'S service, the contract will automatically renew for another 24 months.
- Should you cancel the FLET'S fiber-optic service in any month but the contract renewal month (the month following the completion of the Two Year Discount plan's 24 months) a 9,975 yen NTT East penalty charge will be billed.
