| NTT studies whether or not it is possible to supply the ADSL service. |

| Result of NTT's study | |
|
eAccess notifies you of the result of NTT's study.
The result is sent by postal mail to all applicants.
* It is possible for service to be unavailable due to line conditions
or the configuration of NTT's telephone network in your area. |
If the result is POSITIVE, go to section (A)
below.
If the result is NEGATIVE, go to section (B)
below.

(A) Service is possible

| Delivery of ADSL modem | |

| eAccess will send you an ADSL modem in advance
of
NTT's construction date. |

| Construction | |
|
| NTT will carry out construction work at their center of operations and at your home to make opening of the service possible. NTT needs access to your home and so you or somebody else acting on your behalf needs to be present to give NTT access; the work will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. |

| Connect to the service | |
|
After NTT has done their construction work, please configure your computer and ADSL modem for connection to the Internet. Please refer to our Configuration Guide Web page.
