ASAHI Mobile WiMAX

ASAHI Mobile WiMAX is a new high-speed mobile service. Its strongest feature is the maximum possible speed of 40Mbps allowing for stress-free and fast data communication in your home and outside your home. The service area is being expanded to cover all Japan but currently covers over 95% of Japan's 12 major cities and 99% of Japan's three major metropolitan areas. This service is recommended if you want to have fast Internet connection outside your home.

The manuals supplied with the Wi-Fi router are in Japanese. One-time access of the Wi-Fi router is required to activate the WiMAX contract.
The installation of utility software is required with the USB device. However, on setup it is possible to choose to do the setup in English, not Japanese.
