About IP-TV-Phone-F
IP-TV-Phone-F is an IP video conferencing service for users of the FLET'S
ADSL, B FLET'S, and FLET'S Hikari Premium services offered by NTT East and
NTT West. The service uses the VoIP infrastructure of NTT ME.
This service is only available to users of NTT East and NTT West's FLET'S
PHONE service; see below for more information.
By applying for the IP-TV-Phone-F service, it is possible for users of the
IP-TV-Phone-F service to communicate by video. There is no charge for
communication between IP-TV-Phone-F users.
It is also possible to make voice calls with the IP-TV-Phone-F service.
Call charges may be cheaper than when using a fixed telephone line.
One IP-Phone 050 number is provided with this service.

About Charges
Initial charge
There is no initial setup charge.
Monthly charge
IP-TV-Phone-F Monthly Charge: 315 yen
This monthly charge will be billed by ASAHI Net. The charge will appear
on your monthly statement lumped together with your other ASAHI Net
charges.
In accordance with the launch of the
Universal Service
Fee in February 2007, a Universal Service Fee charge will also be
billed. The current charges are:
From 1st January 2012: 5.25 yen (incl. tax)/month per phone number.
From 1st February 2011 to 31st December 2011: 7.35 yen (incl. tax)/month per phone number.

IP-TV-Phone-F call charges will be billed by ASAHI Net. The charges will
appear on your monthly statement lumped together with your other ASAHI Net
charges. Charges for calls made outside the scope of the IP-TV-Phone-F
service will be billed by the telephone line operator you are contracted
with, e.g. NTT East, NTT West, etc.
Numbers outside the scope of this service
Calls made to services/numbers outside the scope of this IP-TV-Phone-F
service will be placed on the telephone line (PSTN) and
therefore will be billed by your telephone carrier, e.g. NTT East/NTT
West.
- Calls to 110, 119 etc.
- Calls to numbers starting with 0120, 0570, etc.
- Calls to satellite phones, etc. in Japan
- Calls to IP-Phone users of non-affiliated VoIP platforms.
- Other numbers as yet defined.

How to apply
(1) Purchase IP-TV-Phone equipment
IP-TV-Phone equipment (FLET'S PHONE) can be purcahsed on-line, via the
following NTT East and NTT West Web pages.
We recommend you purchase the equipment after your B FLET'S or FLET'S ADSL
Internet connection has been opened.

How to cancel the service

- ASAHI Net User ID and password are required for Individual
members.
- ASAHI Net Administration ID (e.g. A-BCDE12-F3) and password are
required
for Business members.
It is not possible to cancel and application for the IP-TV-Phone-F
service. After the application has been processed, please cancel the IP-
TV-Phone-F service. The IP-TV-Phone-F service stops as soon as a
cancellation request is made. If you would like to use the service right
until the end of the month, please apply for cancellation of IP-TV-Phone-F
service at the end of the month.
