When the person calling you has not enabled their phone number to be displayed they will hear an announcement asking them to dial again, this time placing 186 in front of the number they are dialing so that their phone number is displayed.

While you are busy with a call and have somebody else try to call you, you can have the phone number of the person trying to call you displayed on your phone set. Your phone set must be Number Display-capable.

* An application for Catch Phone is also required to use this service.

When the owner of a phone number that you have previously registered as belonging to a nuisance caller attempts to call you, the caller hears a message stating the call cannot be placed. The call is blocked. Your phone does not ring.

When you get a call to your contracted phone number, the call will be forwarded to another phone number you have registered beforehand.

When you get a call to your contracted phone number while you are not at home or on the phone, a message will be sent to your au phone by C-mail notifying you of the call. There are no registration, monthly or C-mail notification charges for this service.

This service is offered as standard. A speed dial function is not offered with this service.

When your contracted phone number has changed due to a move, people calling your old contracted phone number are notified of your new contracted phone number.
