With the au Combined Talk Plan it is possible to make free calls in Japan, 24 hours a day, between your au Hikari Phone service and your au mobile phone, and possible to make free calls from your au Hikari Phone service to any au mobile phone in Japan.

Those members who have applied before 14th February 2012
You are automatically eligible when you meet the requirements listed below. There is no need for any special procedure or application.
When the au mobile phone number is registered as the contact phone number for the au Hikari service (au prepaid phones are excluded).
When the au Hikari service and the au mobile phones are registered
in the same name, and with the same postal address.
Those members who have applied after 13th February 2012

Important notes
Those who are using the au Hikari Phone service, can now confirm their registered contact phone number from KDDI's "Self-Page".
Conditions for calls from fixed lines
When calling a Global Passport-capable phone that is outside of the country, there is no charge to the caller, however the receiver of the call will be charged for the telephone call.
At the end of a billing month, if an eligible au mobile phone has been suspended or cancelled, then you will be billed for the calls that would otherwise have been free of charge.
You will be billed for the calls that would otherwise have been free of charge should you fail to notify KDDI of a change to or cancellation of the phone number registered with KDDI or the use of an au mobile phone as a result of mobile phone number portability (including its cancellation if several mobile phone numbers have been registered).
Conditions for making calls from mobile phones
Calls from overseas to your home in Japan using a Global Passport-capable phone is not included.
This service is not available to Business users

*1 au home phone is a generic name for the au Hikari Phone service, ADSL one Phone service, Metal Plus (for home use) Phone service, AU one net 050 number Phone service (KDDI-IP Phone), and the Cable Plus Phone service.
*2 The au->My Home Discount is a discounted call charge service for calling your home from your au mobile phone. Discounts are automatically applied if you qualify for them. Please visit KDDI's homepage for details.
*3 Other KDDI IP Phones includes au Hikari/ADSL one 050 phone services (KDDI-IP Phone) as well as the mobile provider (free connection points) of KDDI, Ltd.
