The Neo-Discount Mobile service offers a two-tier Plan from 1,009 yen/month. This Plan
will
suit those who either don't need to use the service often, or who have months in which
they do
need to use the service and months in which they don't need to use the service. There is
an
upper limit to the monthly charge.

The Fixed Plan suits those who want to surf the Net and check their email without
worrying
about the amount of data being transmitted and the amount of time being spent online. It
is
possible for ASAHI Net members who use a broadband (ADSL or FTTH) Course to combine the
Neo-
Discount Mobile option with their broadband Course for a reasonable charge.

If you need Internet access at your office and outside then adding the Neo-Discount
Mobile
option to your Neo-Discount ADSL 12M service can be very attractive at 6,305 yen/month.
Compare with the other Internet providers and you can see a monthly saving of up to 1,342
yen,
incl. tax.

Rental data communication device
* Two types of data communication device are available; USB
type
for 400 yen/month, PC Card type for 600 yen/month.

* The Neo-Discount Mobile service requires the rental of
one of
the two types of data communication device offered. There is no option to purchase a
device.
There is no option to not rent a device.

Depending on the nature of the signal, signal conditions are ever- changing. It may not
be
possible to use the service in locations where the signal is weak or poor. It is even
possible
for communication to be cut when the antenna symbol shows 3 bars and the device is
stationary.
* Currently the max. 7.2Mbps service is only offered in
urban
areas and highly populated areas.
* This is a best-effort service. It is possible to get the
maximum 7.2Mbps download and maximum 384kbps upload however factors including the
communication environment and congestion will cause the actual speed to be lower.
Contract period

The Neo-Discount Mobile service has a 12-month contract period which is automatically
renewed.
ASAHI Net sets the last month of the contract period as the "contract renewal month."
Should
you cancel the Neo-Discount Mobile service in any month other than the contract renewal
month,
a 10,500 yen (incl. tax) penalty charge will be charged.

Charges and campaigns

The Neo-Discount Mobile Campaign is offered from 1st March 2010 to 31st March 2010, inclusive. Those who make their application within this time period will be eligible for campaign benefits.
* Charges listed in red are those applicable to the Neo-Discount Mobile Campaign.

If the Neo-Discount Mobile service is canceled within the month the service is opened, the monthly charge for the service will be charged, regardless of any campaign offering the waiving of monthly charges.

The opening month of the Neo-Discount Mobile service is the month in which the first connection to the service is made or the month in which the data communications card is delivered to the member.
Special notes for English speakers

computers with English-only operating systems.
- There is no English-language documentation provided with the rental communication
devices supplied with this service. For more about the

- The rental data communication devices (PC card type and USB type) will only
function on a Japanese-language operating system. If your
computer does not run on a Japanese-language operating system please do not apply for
this service.
