Data Communication DevicesTwo types of rental data communication device are available. Please make your choice of device based on the operating system of your computer, installation method, etc. The rental data communication devices (PC card type and USB type) will only function on a Japanese-language operating system. If your computer does not run on a Japanese-language operating system please do not apply for this service. USB Type (7.2Mbps-capable)By inserting the device into a USB port the connection tool will automatically install (Windows OS). The device will function on Mac OS. Both long and short cable lengths are available.

Please return the rental devices when cancelling the Neo-Discount Mobile service. How to return the devices Several days after you request cancellation of the Neo-Discount Mobile service you will be sent a package which you can use to return your rental device. Content of the package 1. Information about the return. 2. A cushioned package. 3. A pay-on-delivery return slip. Post code: 270-2214 Phone number: 03-5777-9911 Method of return 1. Place the rental equipment into its white protective case. 2. Place the white protective case into the cushioned package. 3. Write your name and postal address on the seal provided, then stick it to the cushioned package. 4. Place the package in the post. Important information * Please make a note of the contact number written on the seal before posting the package. * Should the protective case be damaged at the time you place the rental equipment into it, please place additional protection around it before placing it in the cushioned package. * Should you attempt to deliver the rental device by hand to the postal address listed on the seal the delivery will not be accepted. * Please only place the rental device into the package. * Should you return the rental device at your own cost before taking delivery of the return package it will not be possible to refund postage charges. * Should the rental device not be returned, charges will be billed. Please refer to the Mobile Data Communication Network Service Agreement for details. |
