Schedule

• The ability to change the users order, or use a non-display function in your team schedules.
  You can hide specific users schedules, and change the order of display or your users schedules.
  
• Repetition function for schedules
  You can easily register your weekly schedules etc..
  
• You can send mail to participating users when you register a schedule.
  When you register your team schedule, you can send emails to all your users at the same time.
  
• When you register a new user, you can give/deny them access to the inhouse, team and individual schedules.
  It is now easier to register a schedule that covers the whole team.
  
• You can now display your personal schedule on your team schedule page.
  You can now add your schedule of team participation in bold faces letters on your monthly team schedule.
  
• There is a toggle on/off function for inhouse and outsourced users.
  Outsourced users can be prevented seeing the internal employee schedules.
  

Task list

• The team tasklist has been added to the team tasks.
  In addition to individual team schedules, it is now possible to register tasks for the whole team.
