I am leaving Japan. Thank you for many years of excellent service, with a very simple and painless connection and disconnection, in English, and mostly done easily online or through the English Language customer support. Customer support was excellent and always quick to
help me in English with no long waits on hold. Transferring my service
to a new address was very simple. And finally, using NTT B-Flets
Hikari with Asahi Net as the provider, I have experienced the fastest
internet speeds I have ever seen, with no down time that I have ever
noticed. |
