If a current ASAHI Net member, apply for a new fiber-optic line when making a request
to change to the FTTH with FLET'S Home Course. Those members currently using a B FLET'S Course,
FLET'S Hikari Next Course or FLET'S Hikari Premium Course and changing to a FTTH with FLET'S Course
while keeping the same fiber-optic line will be not be eligible for FTTH with FLET'S Campaign
benefits. |

If making a new application for FTTH with FLET'S service for Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama and Hokkaido prefectures, NTT East's monthly charge will not be charged for maximum 3 months. If making a new application for the service in Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi, Nagano, Niigata, Miyagi, Fukushima, Iwate, Aomori and Akita prefectures, NTT East's monthly charge will not be charged for a maximum 1 month. Please note that the NTT East branch area may be different from the administrative district. |

ASAHI Net's monthly charge will not be charged starting in the month the FTTH with FLET'S Course is opened and continuing for the following 5 months. |

Should the member change their NTT East line type during the campaign
period (for example from a B FLET'S Family line to a FLET'S Hikari Next Family line) campaign
benefits will cease. |

It is possible for NTT East's installation work for installation of the fiber-optic line
to exceed the standard work required. In such cases excess installation charges will apply and will
be billed by NTT East. |

Those members who have previously received FTTH with FLET'S campaign benefits are not eligible to receive campaign benefits again. In this case, NTT East will bill for fiber-optic installation charges and monthly charges. |

NTT East has a minimum 24 month usage period for their fiber-optic services. NTT
East will discount their standard installation charge for those who apply for a new fiber-optic line
and use that fiber-optic line for a minimum 24 month period, however if the user cancels NTT's
services within the 24 month period, NTT East will charge 8,400 yen. |

ASAHI Net will charge 2,100 yen if the FTTH with FLET'S Course is cancelled
within twelve months of its opening. |
