Those who apply for ASAHI Net membership between 1st May 2012 and 31st May 2012 and then have NTT's fiber-optic line opened within the time period specified, will be eligible to receive the 20,000 yen cashback payment.

Campaign Period

From 1st May 2012 to 31st May 2012.

Applicable To

*	Those who apply for ASAHI Net membership or for a change of ASAHI Net Course and at the same time apply for a new NTT fiber-optic line.
*	Those having NTT's fiber-optic line open before 30th November 2012.
*	Those who use the NTT fiber-optic service for a minimum 12 months, including the month the NTT fiber-optic line is opened.

Important Notes

1.	The cashback payment will be made from Rakuten Bank's Mail Money service to your bank account.
2.	An email will be sent to you from Rakuten Bank in Japanese notifying you that the cashback payment will take place. The email will be sent to your default ASAHI Net email address, on about the 15th day of the 13th month following the opening of NTT's fiber-optic line.
3.	Please read the email and then complete the registration of your bank account information to allow the cashback payment to be made. This must be done within 45 days of receiving the email, otherwise it will no longer be possible for the payment to be made. The email cannot be resent. The Rakuten Bank Web page will be in Japanese.
4.	It is Rakuten Bank's policy to keep member's information after the payment has been made; your understanding is appreciated.
