charged a Monthly charge for the month in which the ADSL service is opened.
Existing members who switch to the ADSL ACCA Course will be charged in the
month in which the ADSL service is opened for for the Course they were using
prior to the ADSL ACCA Course. |

Waiving of NTT's construction charge is for NTT's standard construction
charge only. Should extra NTT charges be required, for example with work for
switching from an ISDN line to an analog line or with installing a Type 2
line, those additional NTT charges will be billed.
