The policy

On 27th May 2002, the "Law concerning Limitation of Damages to Specific Telecommunications Service Provider and disclosure of Sender Information" was enforced.

The Telecom Services Association, Japan, has issued a "Guideline for codes of practice for Internet Service Providers," which is based on this law, and ASAHI Net complies with that guideline's statement about the circulation of information and infringements thereof.
